What does compliance cost when you do it manually?

Every hour spent on spreadsheets, binders, and follow-up calls is money that doesn't go back into recovery services.

📋 Operator
15–23x
Return on investment
At $26/house/month, operators typically save $400–$600/month in administrative time. Manual compliance tracking, binder prep, curfew logging, and chasing rent across CashApp/Venmo/Zelle costs operators 15–20 hours/month at $25–$30/hour. SoberBase handles all of it.
🏛️ Enterprise Agency
$19K–$39K
Annual savings vs. one FTE
The median compliance coordinator costs $45,000–$65,000/year fully loaded. At $46,000/year, Enterprise Agency delivers jurisdiction-wide visibility, court reporting, and probation monitoring — with no HR overhead, no recruiting risk, and no benefits to manage.

What does $46,000/year look like per home?

As your agency scales, the per-home cost drops well below any per-seat system on the market.

Homes in Jurisdiction Annual Cost Monthly Cost Per Home vs. Operator Tier

50 homes $46,000/year $43/mo per home +65% cheaper than Operator
100 homes $46,000/year $22/mo per home +15% cheaper than Operator

Common questions
What's the difference between Operator and Enterprise Agency — and who are they for?
Operator ($26/house/mo) is for individual sober living operators. It covers resident records, bed management, drug test logging, curfew tracking, ORH compliance checklists, wellness check-ins, and the complete financial system — online rent collection (card payments), manual payment recording (cash, check, Zelle), payment history, balances, and receipts per resident. Replaces CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, spreadsheets, and paper logs.

Enterprise Agency ($46K/yr) is for county ADAMHS boards, drug courts, probation programs, and government agencies overseeing recovery housing at scale. It adds countywide visibility, judicial reporting, probation supervision dashboards, CareLogic export, operator compliance engine, unlimited operators and homes, and a dedicated account manager. Single flat annual rate — no quarterly options, no multi-year discounts.
How does the free trial work?
Operators get a 7-day free trial with full access — no credit card required. The first county to sign gets a 90-Day No-Cost Pilot Program with full platform access, also no credit card required. All other counties pay the standard $46K/year statewide rate. You'll see a reminder before your trial ends. Cancel anytime and you'll never be charged.
How does per-house pricing work?
Operator is per-house. Each house you manage counts as one unit. Residents are unlimited — no per-resident fees. 3 houses = $78/month. Every house gets the full stack: compliance, resident management, and rent/payment collection. Adding or removing houses adjusts at the next billing cycle.

Enterprise Agency is a flat annual fee — not per house. At $46K/year it covers unlimited operators and unlimited homes across your entire jurisdiction. Courts and probation programs pay a single annual fee regardless of how many homes or participants they oversee.
Who should use Enterprise Agency?
Enterprise Agency is for county-level buyers — ADAMHS boards, drug courts, probation programs, hospital systems, county behavioral health departments, and regional agencies managing recovery housing at scale. It provides countywide visibility, judicial reporting, probation supervision dashboards, CareLogic export, operator compliance engine, analytics dashboards, grant reporting exports, API integration, and a dedicated account manager. Pricing is $46K/year flat — one annual rate, no add-ons, no discounts. Contact us at contact@soberbase.app to discuss your county's needs.
Is SoberBase aligned with RHOADS certification?
Yes — and it's complementary, not competitive. RHOADS certifies your organization. SoberBase runs your operations day-to-day and produces the ongoing documentation that keeps you certified. They serve different purposes. You need both.
How does SoberBase handle HIPAA?
All resident data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Role-based access controls limit data access to authorized staff. We never share or sell resident data. See our security page for full details.
Can I cancel or change tiers?
Cancel anytime from your account settings. Downgrades or upgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. There are no cancellation fees or lock-in contracts on the Operator tier. Enterprise Agency annual commitments are non-refundable after 30 days.
