How the credit works for your agency

Three steps. We issue agency tracking IDs by hand so we can confirm the placement relationship before turning credit on.

Step 1

Apply for placement-partner access

Send a short note through partnership@soberbase.app — agency name, the Ohio operators you've placed residents with recently, and roughly how many referrals you expect per quarter. We issue an agency tracking link tied to your organization.

Step 2

Share the agency tracking link

The agency tracking URL is unique to your organization. Drop it in your placement handoff packets, your operator newsletter, or send it directly to the operators you already work with — every signup through it is attributed to your agency.

Step 3

Earn credit per operator onboarded

Once a referred operator's subscription is active, placement-tier credit posts to your agency record. We pay out quarterly — no cap on how many operators you can bring on.
